Finding Sources of Funding

Find Sources of Internal FundingThe Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has compiled this list of Emory University internal funding sources for research and teaching projects as a convenience for the Emory research community. We welcome additions or corrections to this list. Please contact Office of Sponsored Programs at 727-2503 or by email at osp@emory.edu with comments or corrections. PLEASE NOTE:  These grant opportunities are available ONLY to faculty and, where noted, students affiliated with Emory University.

Find Sources of External Funding

The Office of Sponsored Programs subscribes to two nation-wide funding opportunities databases: 1) IRIS and 2) COS Funding Opportunities. We have made links to both these databases available for the use of the Emory research community. Feel free to search for grant and fellowship opportunities on either or both IRIS and COS. 3) GrantsNet is a good source of funding information for new biomedical researchers and also for faculty who are engaged in undergraduate science education. Use the GrantsNet databases to search for funding, and sign up for free email alerts.

OSP has also developed a web page, called The NIH Essentials, to provide the Emory research community with convenient access to frequently used National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant-related information and resources.

OSP has also developed a web page, called The
NSF Essentials, to provide the Emory research community with convenient access to frequently used National Science Foundation (NSF) grant-related information and resources.
